Umbilical cord care can often be overlooked amidst all the other
things you, as a new parent, have to think about. Cord care is
generally very straightforward and not something to worry about,
however it is important that the cord is cared for appropriately to
aid healing and avoid any infection getting to the area, making
sure your baby is comfortable and happy.
